Shree Krishna Infrastructure Limited, in a filing on October 12, 2026, certified that securities received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled following verification, and the name of the depository substituted in its records, referencing a certificate from Satellite Corporate Services Private Limited. Satellite Corporate Services Private Limited confirmed no physical certificates were received for dematerialization of securities during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
