Hariyana Ventures Limited confirms share dematerialization and exchange listing via Satellite Corporate Services

Hariyana Ventures Limited, formerly known as Hariyana Metals Limited, submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming the dematerialization of share certificates and their listing on stock exchanges, as per confirmation received from Satellite Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd, the company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
