Koura Fine Diamond Jewelry receives Rs 55.5 million from warrant allotment to Lodhiya and Geetaben

KOURA FINE DIAMOND JEWELRY LIMITED announced that its board of directors approved the allotment of 600,000 convertible warrants on a preferential basis at a price of Rs 37 per warrant, with Kamlesh Keshavlal Lodhiya receiving 350,000 warrants and Jogiya Geetaben Dhirajlal receiving 250,000 warrants, resulting in a total consideration of Rs 55.5 million received by the company. The warrants are convertible into an equal number of equity shares of the company, and the board meeting concluded on October 12, 2026, after starting at 12:15 PM (IST).
