Atal Realtech Limited confirms compliance with SEBI regulations for the September quarter

Atal Realtech Limited submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, confirming the non-applicability of Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in demat form and no dematerialization requests were received during that period; the confirmation was provided by Bigshare Services Private Limited.
