MV ElectroSystems confirms compliance with SEBI regulations via KFin Technologies

MV ElectroSystems Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that KFin Technologies Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, has certified compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that the entire holding of the company was in electronic mode and no rematerialisation requests were received during the period.
