Ventura Guaranty Limited confirms compliance with SEBI regulations for the September quarter

Ventura Guaranty Limited informed the BSE Limited that it is enclosing a confirmation certificate dated October 9, 2026, received from Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd., the Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent of the company, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
