Mangalam Worldwide to review quarterly results at board meeting on October 15, 2026

Mangalam Worldwide Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, October 15, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, along with a limited review report from the statutory auditor. The trading window for equity shares of the company, which was closed from October 1, 2026, will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
