Bombay Dyeing reports dematerialization certificate compliance to Indian stock exchanges

The Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company Limited informed the BSE Ltd and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd that it is enclosing a certificate received from KFin Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, pertaining to dematerialization of equity shares for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
