Bhartiya International confirms compliance with SEBI regulations for the quarter ending September 2026

Bhartiya International Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited that it received a certificate from MAS SERVICES LIMITED, the registrar & share transfer agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Depositories & Participants) Regulations, 2018.
