Foseco Crucible (India) Limited, formerly known as Morganite Crucible (India) Limited, confirmed compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, as of September 30, 2026, according to a certificate dated October 3, 2026, issued by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, its Registrar and Transfer Agent.
