Waterways Leisure Tourism confirms securities dematerialization compliance with Indian regulators

Waterways Leisure Tourism Limited, formerly Waterways Leisure Tourism Private Limited, submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 6, 2026, confirming receipt of a certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, regarding securities for dematerialization for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
