Agribio Spirits Limited, formerly known as Beekay Niryat Limited, announced it received a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, from Niche Technologies Private Limited, the company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), with SEBI Registration No. INR000003290.
