RattanIndia Enterprises submits compliance certificate to BSE and NSE exchanges

RattanIndia Enterprises Limited submitted a compliance certificate dated October 2, 2026, received from KFin Technologies Limited, its registrar and transfer agent, to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
