Pearl Polymers Limited files compliance certificate with Indian stock exchanges

Pearl Polymers Limited submitted a compliance certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on October 12, 2026, for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018. Mas Services Limited confirmed on October 6, 2026, that securities received from depository participants for dematerialization from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, were confirmed and that security certificates received for dematerialization were mutilated and cancelled, with the depository’s name substituted in the register of members.
