Velan Hotels Limited certified to the National Securities Depository Ltd and Central Depository Services India Limited that securities received for dematerialization were mutilated and cancelled after verification, with the depository’s name substituted in its records within 15 days, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as confirmed by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, its Registrar and Transfer Agent.
