Shilchar Technologies reports confirmation certificate issuance for Q2 2026, per SEBI regulations

Shilchar Technologies Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it has received a confirmation certificate from MCS Share Transfer Agent Ltd, its share transfer agent, for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
