Mold-Tek Technologies approves bonus share allotment of 2,88,05,118 to shareholders

Mold-Tek Technologies Limited announced that its board of directors approved the allotment of 2,88,05,118 fully paid-up bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:1 to shareholders on record as of October 9, 2026, increasing the company’s paid-up equity share capital from Rs 5,76,10,236 to Rs 11,52,20,472.
