Mold-Tek Packaging shareholders receive bonus shares, doubling the company's equity capital

Mold-Tek Packaging Limited announced the allotment of 3,32,28,914 fully paid-up bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:1 to shareholders on record as of a date yet to be determined, increasing the company’s paid-up equity share capital from Rs 16,61,44,570 to Rs 33,22,89,140.
