Delhivery Limited’s committee approved allotment of shares under multiple employee stock option plans

Delhivery Limited announced that its Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee approved the allotment of 2,28,116 equity shares following the exercise of vested options under Delhivery Employee Stock Option Plans 2012, 2020, and 2021. The allotment included 1,76,568 shares under ESOP 2012, 8,000 shares under ESOP III 2020, and 43,548 shares under ESOP IV 2021, increasing the company’s paid-up share capital from Rs 74,92,94,369 to Rs 74,95,22,485.
