Mphasis grants stock options and restricted stock units to eligible employees

Mphasis Limited announced that its ESOP Compensation Committee approved the grant of 64,434 stock options under the Employee Stock Option Plan 2016 and 43,144 Restricted Stock Units under the Restricted Stock Units Plan 2021 to eligible employees, with grant dates of October 10, 2026, and exercise prices of Rs 2,300 per option and Rs 10 per RSU.
