Accretion Nutraveda shareholders approved an object clause alteration expanding business scope

Accretion Nutraveda Limited, formerly known as Accretion Nutraveda Private Limited, announced that its shareholders approved an alteration to the company's object clause on October 9, 2026, following a postal ballot held on September 1, 2026. The revised clause expands the company's business scope to include a wider range of nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, medical equipment, and related activities, as well as investments and acquisitions.
