Authum Investment acquires 25% stake in Vibhav Energy for INR 100 crore

Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited has converted an intercorporate deposit of INR 100 crore to equity shares in Vibhav Energy Private Limited, a subsidiary of Inox Green Energy Services Limited, acquiring 25% of VEPL's paid-up share capital, calculated on a fully diluted basis, on October 9, 2026. The conversion follows a revised structure for the acquisition of Wind World (India) Limited by a consortium comprising Inox Neo Energies Limited and Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited, initially approved by the NCLT and involving a total financial commitment of INR 350 crore from Authum.
