Modi’s Navnirman Limited confirms compliance with SEBI regulations for the September quarter

Modi’s Navnirman Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd., the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of Modi’s Navnirman Limited, confirmed compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, noting that the regulation is not applicable as all shares are held in demat form and no rematerialisation requests were received.
