CINDRELLA HOTELS LIMITED certified to the Bombay Stock Exchange that securities received for dematerialization were mutilated and cancelled after verification for the quarter ended September 2026, based on confirmation from its Registrar and Transfer Agent, Niche Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The company also confirmed that the dematerialized securities are listed on the stock exchanges where the earlier issued securities are listed.
