Rajnish Retail Limited confirms no physical certificates received for dematerialization in Q3 2026

Rajnish Retail Limited, formerly known as Sheetal Diamonds Limited, submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that no physical certificates were received for dematerialization of securities during that period, as certified by Satellite Corporate Services Private Limited, the company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
