Sumeet Industries reported no dematerialization requests received during the third quarter

Sumeet Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd that, based on confirmation from Registrar and Share Transfer Agent Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd., details of securities dematerialized during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as required under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, have been furnished to the depositories, and Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. confirmed that no dematerialisation requests for equity shares of Sumeet Industries Limited were received between July 1, 2026, and September 30, 2026.
