Sunrise Efficient Marketing corrects prior announcement, re-appointing SBMG & CO. for five years

Sunrise Efficient Marketing Limited notified the BSE Limited that a clerical error occurred in its previous announcement dated September 30, 2026, regarding the re-appointment of statutory auditors. The company clarified that the auditor's tenure is for a fixed block of 5 consecutive years, as per Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013, correcting a prior statement of 3 years; SBMG & CO., Chartered Accountants, has been re-appointed for five years from the 6th AGM until the 11th AGM in 2031.
