Cube Highways Trust’s board approved preferential unit issuance for acquisition of three highway firms

Cube Highways Fund Advisors Private Limited, acting as the investment manager to Cube Highways Trust, announced that its board has given in-principle approval for the issuance of units on a preferential basis to Cube Highways and Infrastructure V Pte. Ltd. and Cube Highways and Infrastructure II Pte. Ltd. towards the proposed acquisition of Devanahalli Tollway Private Limited, Western MP Infrastructure & Toll Roads Private Limited, and Chenani Nashri Tunnelway Limited, subject to unitholder approval and regulatory clearances. The company clarified that the acquisition of Baharampore- Farakka Highways Limited will occur at a later stage.
