Polycab India appeals NCLAT order contesting insolvency petition over Rs 2.79 crore debt

Polycab India Limited has filed an appeal before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) to set aside an order from the National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench, which initiated the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) petition against the company. The petition, filed by Asier Metals Private Limited, alleges an operational debt of Rs 2.79 crore and is listed for hearing before NCLAT on October 09, 2026.
