Karamtara Engineering Limited, formerly known as Karamtara Engineering Pvt. Ltd., informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its Board of Directors approved a change in the company’s registered office address from “705, Morya Landmark II, New Link Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai City, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, 400053” to “902, 9th Floor, Ascent, Sudam Kalu Ahire Marg, Worli, Mumbai – 400030, Maharashtra, India”, effective October 6, 2026.
