ASM Technologies shareholders approved preferential securities and appointed Amrita Verma Chowdhury as director

ASM Technologies Limited held an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Sunday, October 4, 2026, via video conference, where shareholders approved a special resolution to offer, issue, and allot securities of the company on a preferential basis, and a special resolution to appoint Ms. Amrita Verma Chowdhury as a Non-Executive, Independent Woman Director, along with fixing her remuneration; the results of the resolutions will be disseminated to the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. and placed on the company’s website upon receipt of the Scrutinizer’s report.
