Reserve Bank of India extends tenure of two directors at Tamilnad Mercantile Bank

Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Limited announced that the Reserve Bank of India extended the tenure of Thiru.C.S.Ram Kumar as an Additional Director for two years, from October 4, 2026, to October 3, 2028, and appointed Thiru.R.Kannan as an Additional Director for the same period, replacing Thiru.Visvanathan Srinivasan, both appointments effective October 4, 2026. Both newly appointed directors are General Managers (Retired) from the Reserve Bank of India and are not related to any existing directors or key managerial personnel of the bank.
