Gourmet Gateway India shareholders re-appointed Anubhav Dham and regularized Vipul Gupta as directors

Gourmet Gateway India Limited, formerly known as Intellivate Capital Ventures Limited, announced that its shareholders approved the re-appointment of Mr. Anubhav Dham as a director, liable to retire by rotation, and the regularization of Mr. Vipul Gupta as an independent director at the company’s 43rd Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026.
