Infosys receives certificate from KFin Technologies detailing securities activity for Q3 2026

Infosys Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it has received a certificate from KFin Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, detailing securities dematerialized and rematerialized as required under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
