Organic Coatings Limited approves financial statements and appoints directors at AGM

Organic Coatings Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Annual General Meeting was held on September 29, 2026, approving the adoption of audited standalone financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, and the appointment of Mr. Ganesh Ramanathan and Mr. Subhash Ambubhai Patel as Independent Directors for a term of five years, commencing July 14, 2026. The company also secured special resolutions to increase authorized share capital, approve related party transactions, enhance borrowing limits, create mortgages on assets, shift the registered office from Maharashtra to Gujarat, and approve remuneration for Managing Director Mr. Abhay Rajnikant Shah and Whole-time Directors Mr. Parth Meenesh Patel and Mr. Nikhil Sadarangani, the latter two appointed for a term of five years effective October 13, 2025.
