U. H. Zaveri Ltd. appoints SS Lunkad & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years

U. H. Zaveri Ltd informed the BSE Limited on September 30, 2026, that its shareholders approved the appointment of M/s SS Lunkad and Associates Practicing Company Secretaries as the company's Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term commencing from financial year 2026-27 to 2030-31, with an effective date of September 3, 2026.
