Viram Suvarn Limited appoints M/s P H Shah & Co. as auditor for five years

Viram Suvarn Limited, formerly known as Veeram Securities Limited, announced that its members approved the appointment of M/s P H Shah and Co., Chartered Accountants, as the company’s statutory auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from fiscal year 2026-27 to fiscal year 2030-31, at its 15th Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026.
