Prismx Global Ventures shareholders approved changes to allow share and commodity trading

Prismx Global Ventures Limited informed the BSE Limited on September 29, 2026, that its shareholders approved a change to the company’s main object, altering Clause III A of its Memorandum of Association to include activities such as dealing in shares and securities, lending and advancing money, borrowing and securing money, and trading in commodities including gold, silver, pearls, gems, diamonds, and precious stones.
