JM Financial Credit Solutions invests Rs 162.59 crore for increased stake in JM Financial Asset Reconstruction

JM Financial Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, JM Financial Credit Solutions Limited (JMFCSL), has subscribed to and been allotted 16,25,85,928 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each in JM Financial Asset Reconstruction Company Limited (JMFARC) for Rs 162.59 crore on a rights basis. The investment, completed on September 28, 2026, increased JMFCSL’s holding in JMFARC from 81.77% to 84.87%, and will be used to meet working capital requirements and finance growth plans.
