Oscar Global Limited to close trading window ahead of financial results release

Oscar Global Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives starting Thursday, October 1, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.
