Creative Eye Limited shareholders approved auditor appointments at the September 28 meeting

Creative Eye Limited announced that its shareholders approved the appointment of Mrs. Kirty Vaidya of M/s. Kirty Vaidya & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive years, commencing from financial year 2026-2027, and M/s. STDJ & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors for the same period, also starting from financial year 2026-2027, at the company's annual general meeting held September 28, 2026.
