Steelco Gujarat Limited halts trading ahead of financial results announcement in late 2026

Steelco Gujarat Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, for directors, promoters, members of the promoter group, connected persons, designated persons, and their immediate relatives, in compliance with SEBI regulations and the company’s code of conduct, pending consideration of the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026; the trading window will reopen 48 hours after the results are declared, and the date of the board meeting for approval will be announced later.
