Virya Resources closes securities trading window ahead of quarterly results announcement

Virya Resources Limited, formerly known as Gayatri Tissue & Papers Ltd, informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for its securities will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
