Bajaj Electricals restricts trading for insiders ahead of Q2/H1 2026 results

Bajaj Electricals Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, immediate relatives, and connected persons from October 1, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct, until 48 hours after the announcement of its unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
