Zodiac JRD-MKJ shareholders reappointed Mr. Shethia, increased capital, and approved an ESOP plan

Zodiac JRD-MKJ Limited shareholders approved the reappointment of Mr. Girish L. Shethia as statutory auditor for five years, an increase in the authorized share capital from Rs 18 crore to Rs 27 crore, and the Zodiac JRD MKJ Employees Stock Option Plan 2026 at the company's 39th Annual General Meeting held on September 24, 2026. The reappointment of Mr. Shethia will last until the conclusion of the 43rd Annual General Meeting in fiscal year 2030-2031, and the plan covers 768,294 shares.
