EPL Limited’s Security Committee approved allotment of shares under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2020

EPL Limited announced that its Security Committee has approved the allotment of 5,07,014 equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each, following the exercise of stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2020, increasing the company’s paid-up equity share capital from Rs 64,06,28,318 divided into 32,03,14,159 shares to Rs 64,16,42,346 divided into 32,08,21,173 shares.
