Baron Infotech Limited approved a merger with PurpleTalk India and a name change to PurpleTalk Limited

Baron Infotech Limited, following a corporate insolvency resolution process, approved a resolution plan and related actions at a board meeting held on September 23, 2026. The board approved a scheme of arrangement for the amalgamation of PurpleTalk India Private Limited with Baron Infotech Limited, appointed Sreeram Reddy Vanga, Sridhar Muppidi, D Gautam Sawang, Biyyala Venkata Papa Rao, and Ramachandra Rao Damera as additional directors, and approved a name change to PurpleTalk Limited, subject to regulatory approval. The company also approved an increase in its authorized share capital to Rs 300 crore, divided into 30,00,00,000 equity shares, and fixed October 6, 2026, as the record date for cancellation of promoter and public equity shares.
