Maestros Electronics re-appointed Prakash Vithal Page as Independent Director for five years

Maestros Electronics & Telecommunications Systems Limited announced that its members approved the re-appointment of Prakash Vithal Page as an Independent Director for a second term of five years at its 17th Annual General Meeting held on September 23, 2026, with his directorship set to continue until he attains the age of seventy-five years, effective February 05, 2027.
