Veranda Learning Solutions shareholders to receive J.K.Shah Commerce Education shares on October 6, 2026

Veranda Learning Solutions Limited has fixed Tuesday, October 06, 2026, as the record date for issuing 1 share of J.K.Shah Commerce Education Limited, with a face value of Rs 10 each, for every 1 share of Veranda Learning Solutions Limited, also with a face value of Rs 10 each, held by shareholders on that date, following a composite scheme of arrangement involving Veranda XL Learning Solutions Private Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors, sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench.
