Bharat Forge completed a Qualified Institutions Placement, issuing shares at Rs 1,890 each

Bharat Forge Limited has closed a Qualified Institutions Placement, allocating 10,582,010 equity shares at an issue price of Rs 1,890.00 per share, which includes a discount of Rs 57.70 to the floor price of Rs 1,947.70, according to a regulatory filing on Tuesday, September 22, 2026. The company’s Investment Committee – Strategic Business approved the closure of the issue and the allocation of shares to eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers, and will issue refund intimation letters to bidders entitled to a refund.
